It is a rosé sparkling wine that impresses with its aromatic personality and elegance. Characterized by a soft pink color and a fine and persistent perlage, it reaches the nose with delicate notes of blueberries, currants, strawberries and white-fleshed fruit. The taste is dry, salty, vertical, with an aftertaste of small red fruits.
The Borgoluce white wines have a straw color, an elegant aroma with floral references and notes of yellow peach and acacia. Natural and fresh, they have a flavor that stands out on a velvety and balanced background.
